Hand cut and sewn to fit a 16x20" lumbar pillow insert with serged inner seams for durability and a hidden zipper along the bottom for easy removal and cleaning.
Pillow cover front is 10 oz organic hemp hand painted with water-based non-toxic ink.
Pillow cover back is made of unbleached natural 10 oz organic hemp.
